Shipping policy

Destination:

We provide free shipping to the majority of addresses in the United States. For those residing outside North America or in areas not covered by our free shipping policy, shipping costs will be automatically calculated during checkout.

 

Shipping Costs:

• Standard shipping is complimentary for most of the continental United States.
• Residents in areas not covered by free shipping, such as Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Alaska, will have shipping charges calculated at checkout.
• For international customers, shipping charges will also be calculated during the checkout process.
• Expedited and express shipping costs will be determined at checkout.

 

Duties and Taxes:

• Customers in the United States will not incur import duties but may be subject to state or provincial taxes, calculated during checkout.
• International customers may be charged additional duties and taxes at their expense.

Delivery Time:

Please note that order processing time is required before shipment, even for expedited or express shipping options.

• Free Standard Shipping: Delivery in 4-6 business days.
• Expedited Shipping: Delivery in 3 business days.

 

P.O. Boxes and A.P.O Addresses:

Regrettably, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O addresses at this time.

 

Can I ship my order to someone else or to a different address?

Yes! Orders can be shipped to a different address other than the billing address. During the order process, you will be given an option to “Ship to this address” or “Ship to a different address.” At that point, you can enter a different shipping address. 

 

Order Cancellation:

Once the checkout process is completed, your order begins processing immediately. We do not have a cancellation window, but if you need to make changes, please contact us via live chat or at contact@stoverjourney.com. While we cannot alter orders already in processing, our team will assist you to the best of our ability.
