Warranty
All STOVER products are covered by a Limited 2-Year Warranty, covering parts & manufacturing defects (contingent on use). You do not need to register your product to be covered by the warranty. Please contact us at contact@stoverjourney.com should you ever have any issues.
Return Policy
Initiating Returns
You have the option to initiate a return for STOVER® products within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the items must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging. Please note that all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
