We provide free shipping to the majority of addresses in the United States and Canada. For those residing outside North America or in areas not covered by our free shipping policy, shipping costs will be automatically calculated during checkout.


Shipping Costs:

  • Standard shipping is complimentary for most of the continental United States and Canada.
  • Residents in areas not covered by free shipping, such as Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Alaska, will have shipping charges calculated at checkout.
  • For international customers, shipping charges will also be calculated during the checkout process.
  • Expedited and express shipping costs will be determined at checkout.

Duties and Taxes:

  • Customers in the United States or Canada will not incur import duties but may be subject to state or provincial taxes, calculated during checkout.
  • International customers may be charged additional duties and taxes at their expense.

Delivery Time:

Please note that order processing time is required before shipment, even for expedited or express shipping options.

P.O. Boxes and A.P.O Addresses:

Regrettably, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O addresses at this time.


Can I ship my order to someone else or to a different address?

Yes! Orders can be shipped to a different address other than the billing address. During the order process, you will be given an option to “Ship to this address” or “Ship to a different address.” At that point, you can enter a different shipping address.

Initiate a return for your STOVER® product within 30 days of item delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in brand new, unused condition, with all original packaging and STOVER hangtags attached. The customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs, and initial shipping costs are non-refundable.


International Returns:

For international customers, STOVER will collaborate to process returns based on the above policies. The return process may vary by country and will be determined on a case-by-case basis. International customers should contact for return instructions tailored to their locations.
